Authors are encouraged to deposit their published work in institutional or subject repositories with proper citation of the original publication.

2. Peer Review Policy

JHSSR primarily operates as an online open-access journal. Printed copies of issues may be provided upon request. Any printing or delivery costs will be borne by the requesting author or institution.

Authors may request withdrawal of manuscripts before peer review completion. Once a manuscript is accepted, withdrawal is only allowed under exceptional circumstances such as ethical concerns or legal issues. Unethical withdrawal may restrict future submissions.

5. Refund Policy

Any publication-related charges, if applicable in the future, are generally non-refundable once the review process has started. Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate payments or verified administrative errors.

10. Conflict of Interest

Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the publication process. Transparency is essential to maintain academic integrity.
